Louisa specializes in the sale of new and existing home in Somerset, Middlesex and Hunterdon County area.

With the commitment to be successful, she was known for her compassion to help with her clients.  She is a skillful negotiator with the best interests of her client in heart.  It is her belief that she is not only representing her client but also to educate them throughout every step of the process equipped with top-notch information and market insight so that her clients make the best decision possible.  She is honest, hard-working and extremely knowledgeable about the real estate industry.

She had driven one and a half hour round trip to teach in a Chinese school as a volunteer for over 15 years.  As a firm believer in giving back, she is particularly passionate about children.  She personally collected more than 30 bags to the abused families in Somerset every year since 2014.  For a community church, she helped with the Thanksgiving meal, picnic and donation of gift baskets for golf tournament for fund raising.  As a sponsor of a local SLVC, she had been giving support for the non-profit organization for years.  In order to help protect the Bridgewater Master Plan and overlook who is going on in the township, BWRU (Bridgewater Are United) was formed and she had been an active member since.
